fitness training for tennis

I am always looking for ways to improve my fitness and improving my tennis game at the same time, and thats why I created this site, a place to bring all the instructional and tennis fitness resources together.  Check out the Sports Fitness Advisor, there are some great tennis training and workout programs.

    Tennis training must incorporate strength and conditioning on a regular basis in order to develop aerobic and anaerobic capacity, strength and explosive power, speed and quickness and also flexibility.

  7. This is a difficult and complicated. Are you serious, you see on the web. Otherwise jugging only one hour a day will help a lot.

  8. I agree! Fitness training is the basic and the thing that you should not forget to do first. I love playing tennis and I can say you need to have more patience and more effort on doing the training.
